We are glad to know about your interest in spending your
holidays in the Dolomites.
Our recently built house, in quiet and sunny position, is situated only 10 minutes
from
the village centre with its shops and bars, restaurants, beverage shop, pharmacy, etc.
The attic flat (approx. 70 sqm) is very comfortable and equipped with light-coloured furniture.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, bidet, WC, radiant
heater and
washing machine.
Furthermore, it offers a spacious living room with Sat-TV, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, icebox, toaster)
and 2 balconies (east- and south facing) with fascinating view on the Rosengarten
and
Latemar Mountain.
The flat has a separate entrance; the car parking is situated directly
in front of the house.

The villages in the Catinaccio and Latemar- UNESCO World Natural Heritage
Nova Levante is the main village (1,182 m) with a lot of accommodation possibilities, shops,
restaurants and bars. A lot of hiking tours begin directly in Nova Levante and also the chair lift Laurin I starts about 1 km from the heart of the
village and brings you from 1,200 m to 1,740 m above the sea level.
Carezza is a component locality of Nova Levante and lays on 1,600 m above sea level at the foot
of the famous Dolomites Mountains Catinaccio and Latemar. Here you can fi nd also several accommodations and possibilities to stop. Three chair lifts start from here and bring
you at 2,300 m above sea level, departure point for a vast number of hiking trails and vie ferrate.

The classical walk in the Catinaccio. Mountain hike
with a magnifi cent panoramic view, duration: 2 hours
From the Passo Costalunga to the Rock labyrinth
of Latemar
Popular excursion also for families. The Carezza forest
is one of the most beautiful high forests in Europe. Medium
diffi culty, duration: 3 hours.
From the Nigra pass to the Hanicker mountain
farm
Below the Laurino’s rocky walls. Average-medium diffi
culty, duration: 4 hours.
Excursion to the farmsteads
Delightful daily trip with view to the surrounding
mountains. Traditional alp huts invite to stop off. Average-
medium diffi culty, duration: 4-5 hours.
Excursion around the Catinaccio
This excursion is suitable for all those enthusiasts who
love walking in the mountains.
Degree of diffi culty: mountain excursion for experts
who are not scared of heights. Suitable equipment required!
Duration: 5-6 hours.
Guided hiking tours
The Tourist board offers 2-3 times a week guided excursions.
